Equestrain National Plate Success

12 rosettes total came home which is exceptional. To be brutally honest I didn’t think we would place as just getting teams to the National Plate Champs is enough of an achievement.

Molly, Gigi and Sophie – 5th in the Dressage Champs. We laughed in shock at this result! Simply amazing to place in the dressage as we do not have dressage horses, 11 teams qualified.

Molly, Gigi, Sophie and Amy – 4th in the 80-85cm Show Jumping Champs – again, shocked and amazed at this. We finished on a score of 0 faults which in a Champs class is impressive. There were 24 teams qualified so 4th is exceptional!

Molly, Sophie and Amy – 4th in the 90-95cm Show Jumping NOT A CHAMPS CLASS – this was an open class but it was Amy’s first 90cm class so a big step up for them and they placed 4th!! Sophie placed 6th individually too.

Molly – 7th in the 90-95cm JwS Champs – this was the class she was Plate Champion in last year. We were unsure if she was even going to qualify and then when she did we weren’t sure she was going to enter as her pony Jed is getting old and has a lot of injuries. She hasn’t even jumped him for weeks. There were a lot of tears when she went around the class completely clear, Jed didn’t even touch a pole and the judge loved this partnership but not quite enough to win this year but again placing was more than enough for us.

Molly and Sophie – 90cm Arena Eventing class, not a champs class Sophie was 16th and Mollie was 24th against over 90 riders

Molly – 1m Arena Eventing Class, not a champs class and not sure of the results for this yet.
